This class is perfect for those who wish to master and benefit from the fantastic Pilates technique and Pilates principles, reduce the risk of injuries and enhance their wellbeing. In this class you will learn how to correctly activate your core muscles, improve your posture, balance, gain greater strength and flexibility. You will leave this class feeling toned, strengthened, stretched and with an increased sense of wellbeing. I will cater to each individual, offering alternative exercises if required, so there is never a reason to feel worried about your ability.

PILATES FLOW

This class is the perfect fusion of strength and flexibility Pilates exercises that are designed to keep your body consistently challenged and transforming to achieve maximum benefits and results so you never plateau. Nearly every part of the body will be worked in this class, from the core, abdominals, legs and bum to arms, shoulders and back. The practice is dynamic, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s my aim that you leave feeling a greater sense of wellbeing.

Please note: This class is not suitable for complete beginners. If you have any injuries or health complications, are new to my classes, and/or Pilates, an initial one-to-one is invaluable and highly recommended.

DYNAMIC PILATES

This class is a dynamic and flowing class to energise you for the weekend.  At the heart of the practice is strengthening your core muscles and working your entire body from the foundation of a strong core. This class ticks all the boxes. We will get our heart rates up, strengthen your whole body, work your core, improve your posture, and stretch! You will leave this class feeling like you have challenged yourself, strengthened and stretched in all the right places and it is my aim that you leave the class feeling great!

PILATES

This class is suitable for all, but specifically designed for the male body with a strong focus on strengthening the core and abdominal muscles, back muscles, all over body strength and flexibility.  We will particularly focus on muscles which are commonly tight.  For sports people, this class will not only help you improve your game but also help to prevent injuries.

BEGINNERS PILATES & YOGA FUSION

This class is accessible for all and is perfect if you are new to yoga, returning after a hiatus, or are looking for a gentle but progressive class. We work on poses that strengthen the body and also promote mobility and flexibility. 

In this class you can expect to strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture, build strength in your body, improve your flexibility and keep your muscles, joints and bones healthy.

Classes are kept small and are tailored to your individual needs, making sure you get the best from the exercises and the attention required to execute them correctly.

This is a fun and energetic class!  It is the perfect fusion of strength and flexibility to create a balanced strong and supple body. This class is dynamic, flowing and uplifting. We work on building strength in the entire body to create a balanced and healthy body. You will leave this class feeling energised and with an increased sense of wellbeing. The class will end with a short relaxation to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the practice and leave you rejuvenated for the rest of your day.

YOGA FLOW

Yoga does amazing things for your mind and body and is essential for our modern hectic day lives!  We will take our bodies through carefully sequenced postures to strengthen and stretch our entire body, create energy, resulting in a stronger, more flexible, toned body. The practice is a fusion of vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga. You will leave this class with an increased sense of wellbeing.

PRE & POST NATAL PILATES

This is a special prenatal & postnatal class whereby I hand pick the best of all my pre & post natal training and experience to offer you the best class I can. The exercises are extremely beneficial and effective. They will help you to stay strong and fit during your pregnancy and to help you recover from your pregnancy, safely and effectively.  You will strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body.  We will pay specific attention to the areas most needed and affected by pregnancy.

This class is designed to leave you feeling empowered, energised and uplifted. Not only will the release of endorphins make you feel better, but it will also have a positive effect on your unborn baby too! For postnatal mums, it will give you some precious time to care for yourself.

MUM & BABY PILATES

Monday 10.30 – 11.30am

These small and friendly mum & baby Pilates classes are aimed for mum’s with babies up to 1 year of age, ideally before the babies are freely crawling. The class is designed to help you regain your strength and fitness post pregnancy, safely and effectively, by building strength from the inside out. It is really important to exercise in the right way after having a baby. The class will particularly focus on restrengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles and rebuilding strength and tone in your whole body.

You will learn how to safely and effectively exercise your core and abdominal muscles and what to do if you have diastasis or a prolapse.

The class is baby-led as one thing that is predictable is that babies are unpredictable!  I will include some baby yoga moves into the class where needed and appropriate (these moves essentially help to include your babies into the practice in a fun and enjoyable way for them).

All classes are small, personalised and tailored so that you get as much benefit from the sessions as possible. Classes will be baby-led and relaxed. It’s totally expected that you may need to feed or change your babies and that sometimes your babies will be grizzly – all is welcomed and expected!

What to bring

We will use a mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap and a Pilates ball. I have some spare equipment if you wish to borrow it, otherwise please feel free to bring your own. It’s recommended that you have your own equipment so that you can do some homework if you wish to. The exercises are best done in bare feet and wearing comfortable clothing such as  leggings and a top or t-shirt.
