Ingredients: 1 cup Oats; 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (I use crunchy.); 1 tbsp Flaxseeds; 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds; 1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (I use a vegan protein powder.); 2 tbsp Cacao Powder (I use an organic cacao powder.); 1-2 tsp Vanilla Bean Extract; Sprinkle of Salt ((optional)); 4-5 Medjool Dates; Plant Based Milk (This is your choice of milk and the amount will vary depending on consistency.)
