Ingredients: 5 Oatibix (or 75g oats); 1 cup dates ((You can soak them in a little water first and then not need the milk, or add some milk if you don't soak them first).); 1/2 cup sunflower seeds; 1/2 cup desiccated coconut; 1-2 tbsp oat milk (or milk of choice) ((You may not need milk if you pre-soak the dates).)
