Ingredients: 3 Ripe bananas; 175 grams Oats; 25 grams Oatbran (Optional); 1 tbsp Flaxseed; 1-2 tsp Cinnamon (I love cinnamon so I use 2 heaped tsp); 100g Sultanas or raisins (I soak them in a little boiling water for 5 minutes so that they are soft, plump and moist); 1 pinch Sea salt (Optional); 1-2 tsp Seeds (pumpkin/sunflower) (Whatever seeds you like, sprinkle on top); 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract or paste (I love the vanilla paste)
