Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Name: Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients: 1 cup oats; 1/4 (heaped) cup sunflower seeds; 1/4 (heaped) cup crunchy peanut butter (I love Pip n Nut's) (Use a heaped cup if you want more peanut butter taste. You can always add more at the end.); 1 cup dates (I used slightly under one cup and I found them sweet enough) (See notes below); 2 tsp vanilla extract (Neilson Massey's or Dr Oetker are good); 1 pinch sea salt; 1-2 tbsp nut milk of your choice (this helps to bind it all together)
