Name: Super Seedy Bars
Ingredients: 2 tbsp almond butter; 1 tbsp butter (or can use another tbsp of almond butter); 3 tbsp honey; 100 g courgette; 100 g oats; 1 tbsp ground chia seed (or flaxseed); 1 tbsp mixed seeds; 2 tbsp sunflower seeds; 1 tsp vanilla bean paste; 50 g sultanas; 1 tbsp mixed seed for topping; pinch of sea salt (optional)
