CHILLOUT YOGA (Sunday 25th February 7.30-8.30pm)
Take some time for YOU! Please join me for an evening of deep stretching and chilled yoga to help your body and mind relax and feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Yoga does amazing things for your body and mind! We will take our bodies through some wonderful stretches to help ease tension, increase our flexibility, mobility and enhance our wellbeing.
