I hope this post finds you all well in these very strange, unprecedented, and for many of us, scary and stressful times!  I have needed my yoga and Pilates practice more than ever recently for both my mental and physical well-being!

As most of you will know, all classes and courses are on hold until we can continue.  We will simply start back on the course where we left it. Your course fee payments have been held for when the classes start back, as we will be back!  I am sure you appreciate why I have done it like that and am treating on-line classes totally separately, so thank you for understanding and co-operation with the suspension of classes.

I have been working super hard to set up LIVE ON-LINE CLASSES & ONE-TO-ONES so that we can continue our practice together.  I have bought a high quality camera that delivers great sound and picture to you and I now have a 60inch TV to view you on!

Next week will be a trial week of classes to see how we get on and then I will work on a more comprehensive time-table based on your requests and feedback on times and content.  Maybe it would be good to run some shorter focused classes for 30mins, so that we can have a quick blast in the morning or lunchtime working on your goals, such as ABS BLAST, or BOOTY BURN, or CHILLED STRETCH  or RUNNER’S STRECH OUT or IMPROVE YOUR BETTER etc……    the world is our oyster!

All booking for these classes is done on-line and places are currently limited to 10 ( or 8 depending on the class) so that I can see you all from the big screen that I have set up!  CLASSES ARE OPEN TO ALL and so will be taken on a first booked basis.
