Japanese Style Steamed Veg

Name: Japanese Style Steamed Vegetables
Ingredients: A mix of seasonable vegetables, e.g. courgettes, broccoli, green beans, mange tout, sugar snap peas, squash, sweet potato, cauliflower, asparagus; 3 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp mirin; 1 tbsp rice vinegar ((or apple cider vinegar if you don't have rice vinegar)); 2 tsp finely chopped ginger ((adjust to suit your taste buds; I started with 1 tsp and added another 2 as I loved the taste of the ginger).); 2 tsp honey; 1 tsp sesame oil; 1 tsp fresh chilli or chilli flakes (optional); 1-2 finely chopped spring onions; 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds ((you can lightly toast the seeds in a dry pan if you wish))
