Name: Broccoli with Ginger, Sesame & Chilli
Ingredients: 1 large head of broccoli or pack of tender steam broccoli; 3 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp mirin; 2 tsp finely grated ginger; 1/2 red chilli, finely sliced (omitting the seeds if you wish to reduce the heat; 1 tsp toasted sesame oil; 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar; sesame seeds (and/or pumpkin and sunflower seeds) to sprinkle on top
