Experience a personalised, supportive way to build whole-body strength and flexibility in a calm, private setting.

Train 1:1 or with a partner.

The reformer is such a clever piece of equipment. It gives you resistance when you need it,
support when you need it, and helps you move in a way that just feels good.

You’re building real strength, improving your posture and working your whole body —
without it feeling like a typical workout.

Why My Reformer Sessions Work

Every session is designed around you, with clear guidance so you feel confident in what you’re doing. The exercises are adapted to your body, the pace feels right, and we only progress when you’re ready.

There’s no pressure and no intimidation — just a supportive space to move, build strength and feel good in your body.

Why Choose Private Reformer Sessions

Completely Tailored to You

Every session is designed around your body, your goals and what you need — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Faster, More Noticeable Results

With individual guidance, we focus on what matters most for you, helping you build strength and see results more quickly.

Expert guidance, every step of the way

You’ll receive clear, supportive feedback on your technique, alignment and movement — so you know you’re doing things properly and safely.

A calm, focused environment

With just one or two clients per session, there’s space to concentrate, move well and really connect with your training.

A more personal experience

I take the time to understand you, how your body moves and what you need — so your sessions evolve with you and continue to challenge and support you.

Private 1:1 Reformer Sessions

A fully personalised session designed around you.

We focus on your body, your goals and what you need — whether that’s building strength, improving posture, supporting an injury or simply feeling better in your body.

You’ll be guided every step of the way, so you feel confident, supported and able to progress at the right pace for you.

Duet Reformer Sessions (1:2)

Train alongside a friend, partner or family member in a calm, supportive environment.

You’ll both receive individual guidance, with the added motivation (and enjoyment) of training together.

It’s a lovely way to stay consistent and share the experience.

Please note: Duet sessions are booked together — just bring your partner along.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if 1:1 is right for me?

If you want focused support tailored to your goals, personal sessions will help you progress faster, more safely and effectively.

What’s the difference between private and group classes?

Private sessions give you personalised attention, so every movement is chosen and refined to your needs — helping you achieve results more quickly and in line with your goals.

Can I do a mix of Pilates and yoga?

Absolutely — I’ll design your sessions based on your goals and what your body needs.

How do I know what is best for me - Pilates or yoga?

In private sessions, I can identify your strengths and weaknesses, areas of imbalance or misalignment, and I will choose the most effective exercise, move or stretch to achieve the desired goal and result. From over 15 years of training and teaching, I have a phenomenal toolbox and I use the best tool for the most effective result for you, whether that is yoga or Pilates. I’ll design your sessions based on your goals and what your body needs.

What’s better, Pilates matwork or Reformer?

Both matwork and Reformer Pilates offer incredible benefits — the best choice depends on your goals and preferences.

Matwork Pilates uses your own body weight and small equipment like bands, balls, and weights to build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and control. It’s accessible, versatile, and can be done anywhere — perfect for building consistency in your practice.

Reformer Pilates uses a specially designed machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance, providing a greater range of movement and more support or challenge, depending on your needs. It’s brilliant for refining technique, strengthening and lengthening muscles, and creating a powerful, balanced body.

Both methods complement each other beautifully — and whether you choose mat or Reformer, you’ll be building strength, alignment, and mobility. If you’re not sure where to start, I’m happy to guide you!

Do I need equipment for Zoom sessions?

No, we can work with bodyweight, but I’ll guide you on any simple props that could enhance your practice.
