Name: Spiced Apple & Sultana Overnight Oats
Ingredients: 1 apple, grated; 1/2 cup oats; 1/2 tbsp chia seeds; 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds; 1 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon; 1 cup milk of your choice ((You could use half water and half milk, but it obviously tastes watery the more water you use).); 1 tbsp sultanas or mixed fruit; some seeds and extra dried fruit to sprinkle on the top when serving; extra apple to serve (optional)
