Description
I have carefully designed the program to focus on different areas on different days to get maximum results. Core strength will be an underlying focus on everyday as that is a fundamental part of my method, but for example, day one focuses on legs, hips and glutes, day 2 whole body and upper body strength and flexibility.
Each day’s videos are different and vary in duration. The total amount of time will vary from 20 minutes to 40 minutes per day. There may be more than one video to do per day, but the maximum overall is 40 minutes. This makes is super doable and easy to fit into a busy life.
As this is a group program, remember to modify for any injuries or ailments you may have (please get in contact if you are not sure how and if it is not clear enough from my instructions on the videos).
Some videos can be done without any equipment, but overall, you will need a mat, a resistance band, two blocks, a strap, small Pilates ball and hand weights.
There is a different nutritional tip or guideline to follow each day. Each tip explains why and how it will benefit your health, and simple ways to implement it.
