Sunday Chillout Yoga

£10 – £15Take some time for YOU! Please join me for an evening of deep stretching and chilled yoga to help your body and mind relax and feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Yoga does amazing things for your mind and body! We will take our bodies through some wonderful stretches to leave you feeling more comfortable, at ease and relaxed.
The focus of this class will be hips and twists! We will be releasing tightness in the hips and twisting and stretching your spine/back to help release tension in your back and neck to help keep your spine healthy. This class will include some breath work and concludes with a relaxation – essential for our hectic modern day lives.

Equipment used | Mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, blanket (eye pillow optional)
