Posture Improvement & Desk Release Stretch

12-12.30pm Thursday 29 April – This class helps to improve your posture and includes stretching muscles that get commonly tight from desk work and sitting. You will need a strap for this session.

Hatha Yoga for Beginners

This class stretches and strengthens your whole body, focusing on the areas that get affected by long periods sitting at a desk. This class includes chest openers, standing balances, back extension, hamstring and hip flexor stretches. Concludes with a relaxation. I hope you enjoy the class!

Yoga for Beginners

A little more flow this week, moving through the yoga asanasa we have been practising in the previous course. This class will help to stretch you out after a day at the desk.

This class was tailored to the class’s request for a dynamic flowing warm-up to get the energy moving and back stretches. It also includes lying leg stretches, twists, spine extension (to help posture) and hip stretches. Class concludes with a relaxation.
