Sunday Yoga Chillout session for perimenopause and menopause support — not focused on pushing, or even building strength — but on something many of us are missing:

Learning how to truly switch off and support the nervous system.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • gentle, supportive movement
  • simple breathwork to calm the nervous system
  • longer, restorative holds
  • releasing, relaxing strteches
  • deep relaxation to help the body properly rest

This is your permission to slow down.
To take an hour for yourself.
To reconnect with your body in a different way.

If you’ve been feeling tired, drained, in need of a reset — or perhaps just a good stretch — this is for you.
