£10 – £15Take some time for YOU! Please join me for an evening of deep stretching and chilled yoga to help your body and mind relax and feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Yoga does amazing things for your mind and body! We will take our bodies through some wonderful stretches to leave you feeling lengthened, more comfortable, at ease and relaxed.
We will be releasing tightness and tension in your whole body. This class will include some breath work and concludes with a relaxation to leave you feeling rested and restored – essential for our hectic modern day lives.

Equipment used | Mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, blanket (eye pillow optional)
To get the most from the class, try lighting some candles, spraying a relaxing room scent such as lavender or using some aromatherapy oils. Wear comfy clothing and feel free to do the class in your PJ’s so you can just go straight to bed after.
