Take some time for YOU! Please join me for an evening of deep stretching and chilled yoga to help your body and mind relax and feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Yoga does amazing things for your mind and body! We will take our bodies through some wonderful stretches to help increase your flexibility, enhance your wellbeing, and leave you feeling more comfortable and relaxed. This class concludes with a relaxation and is the perfect antidote to our hectic modern day lives.

*All abilities

Equipment used | Mat, 2 blocks, 1 belt, blanket (eye pillow optional).
