I just did this and thought I would say that this includes a bit of everything! planks, downward dog, tricep push-up, chest-push up, core, shoulders and dolphin pose. Give it a go and let me know if you found this challenging or not? Want me to add a beginners level or advanced? Thanks

This is a fab short video to fit in at any part of the day and I totally feel like I’ve worked my arms and core. Shaky arms for sure!!!

Wow, this is a brilliant workout for my arms and core. Definitely shaking arms!! Perfect for a quick upper body workout whilst on holiday as it does not require any equipment.
