This was a hard one, for me! Tiring on the hips/hips flexors, but I’m sure extremely beneficial for the running, thank you.

Really enjoying this series Liz. I’m doing first thing in the morning, is that ok as finding my back and hips quite tight. Should I be warm ideally?
