I know that my method works, so I have created the Membership so that you can get the results you are looking for and feel supported on your journey.
Just like building a house, you need to start with building strong foundations. I will teach you how to build strong foundations in your core and musculoskeletal system to support you and keep you safe. With regular practice and guidance from me, you will embody my method and build on your foundations and then from that place, you can continue to take your Pilates, yoga and movement to the next level. You will get results with my method of moving and importantly in a way that will serve your body for life!

The nature of the Membership means that it has an ever growing content and on demand library of videos so that you can enjoy a class, watch a tutorial, any time, anywhere, whatever your experience, needs or level. You are also supported by me and your community of members in a private group and I have regular monthly check-in sessions to help you and keep you accountable.

How does the Membership work?
Decide on what Membership package you want. If you sign up to a package that includes the on demand library you can login to the membership area and view all the “on demand” videos and nutritional and wellbeing content. The on demand library has lots of pre-recorded videos and also some class replays.
If you want to have access to all Live Zoom classes only, you need to purchase the Live Zoom Pass. If you want access to Live Zoom classes AND on the on demand library, you need to join the Premium Membership. If you want to just do a class from the On Demand library to try it out, you could purchase a Day Pass.
What happens when you have purchased your Membership?
You will receive an email with instructions to create an account and then you can instantly access to the members area at your convenience.
How do I get the log-in details for Zoom?
If you purchase the Premium Membership or the Live Zoom Pass you will be sent a list of the log-in details for all the Zoom classes on the On-Line Timetable.
Do you have to book Zoom classes if it is part of the Membership?
No, you can simply just log-in whenever you want to join the class via Zoom.
What happens if you want to cancel your membership?
Monthly Membership cancellation – You can cancel anytime and you will still have access until the end of the month for which you have purchased.
Annual Membership – You can cancel anytime and your access to the Membership area will end of the 12 months for which you have purchased and will not automatically renew. No refunds are given for the remainder of the 12 month period for which you have purchased.
There are lots of videos – how can I choose which one is right for me?
The videos have been divided into categories for your ease, there will be some overlap with some of the videos. You can choose between Yoga, Pilates, Body Specific, Pre & Postnatal or Posture and Desk Release.
Within those categories there will be lots of videos for you to watch. You can then filter down from the chosen category by time, level, style, equipment and body part.
Most classes will work your entire body and contain a little of everything, stretching, core, leg work, spine extension etc. However, if a class has a specific focus then I have categorised it, so if you want to focus on a specific area you can use the filter system to produce the videos with that particular focus.
If you want to work only on a specific area then it is best to go to the Specific Body Parts section.
What happens if I can’t find a video with something I want?
Elizabeth loves to hear your feedback as this Membership is really designed for you and to help you on your holistic wellbeing journey. You can use the request a video button to submit a request to Elizabeth to produce a video for something you are specifically wanting. If Elizabeth feels that video would be right for the on demand library, she will use her best endeavours to produce a video to add to the library in response to your requests.
Are in person classes included in the Membership?
No, in person classes are not included in the Membership, but if you have subscribed to the Premium Membership you get 10% off in person classes and courses. In order to book an in person class, please contact info@elizabethnadine.com
What's included in the Basic Membership?
The Basic Membership will give you access to the entire “on demand” library of videos and also the Membership content including recipes, nutritional information and wellbeing article. You also get to attend one nominated class on Zoom each week. When you sign up for the Basic Membership you will be asked to decide what class from the on-line schedule you would like to attend. You can only attend the class that you have nominated as your weekly Zoom class as part of the Membership package. If you want to join any other classes on Zoom you can easily book on via the on-line schedule of the website. If you want to change your nominated class you will need to email Elizabeth at info@elizabethnadine.com and notify her of what class your are now choosing as your nominated class and it will take effect on the next calendar month.
If you miss your nominated class you are not able to swap to another class. The Premium Membership gives you access to ALL classes on Zoom.
You will be able to attend on Zoom all Monthly Specials. Monthly Special classes are those that are only held on a monthly basis or as a one-off special and are taught by Elizabeth. Monthly Specials do not include guest Zoom talks or workouts, they are only included in the Premium Membership or can be booked individually on-line.
You also get a 5% discount on all products on the Elizabeth Nadine Shop. You will be sent your discount code when you sign up to the Membership and you will be able to use this discount code for the duration of your Membership. The code is for your exclusive use only.
You get a 10% discount of the cost of individual one-to-ones, but not block bookings of 121’s as they are already offered at a discount.
