Hi Liz,
I really like this weights session as well as the other weight classes. I have found myself a bit more stronger on the upper body and is now better at doing the tri-cep push up!!
Also, how do I find my playlist once I have selected my favourites?

Hey Sue, so pleased you like this video and the other weights one. It’s good to mix up strength training by using a combination of weights, resistance band and your own body weight to get a good balance of strength in all muscles and in different ways.
To access your playlist, simply go to the drop down menu under “Members’ Area” and you should find “My Playlist” towards the bottom of the list.
