I love doing this quick video when im super stressed at work, it really helps me to take 5-10 mins out and re-set.

That’s great to hear Katy, thanks so much for sharing. In terms of preventing issues with the neck, upper back and posture, regular stretching is key to prevent more serious issues. As you say, it resets you. So many people leave it too late and end up having to seek medical or specialist treatment for chronic pain, that takes time out of their day and costs money too if chiropractic or osteopathic treatment is chosen. Keep up your great work.
