1handfulAlmonds (blitz to smaller pieces in a food chopper)I soaked them over night in water and a bit of sea salt as makes them more digestible

1tbspDate molasses You can use any other sweetener such honey, maple or agave syrup
1tspOrganic olive oilI think this helps to keep moist but have done without and was fine. Obviously you don't have go use organic olive oil.
1handfulsultanas, raisins, mixed fruit or equivalent (dates work)
1tbspPumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to sprinkle over the top
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (save for the seeds for the top). Spread onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle on your choice of seed toppings. Bake in the oven at Gas 160 for 20/25 or so minutes (keep an eye on them as you don’t want the fruit to burn).
Put on a air tray to cool. Cut into bars and enjoy!
