For Reformer sessions, I offer 1:1 or 1:2 sessions for dynamic, resistance-based workouts that build strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll also integrate small equipment like Pilates rings, and hand weights to add variety and challenge to your practice.

Both matwork and Reformer Pilates offer incredible benefits — the best choice depends on your goals and preferences.
Matwork Pilates uses your own body weight and small equipment like bands, balls, and weights to build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and control. It’s accessible, versatile, and can be done anywhere — perfect for building consistency in your practice.
Reformer Pilates uses a specially designed machine with springs and pulleys to add resistance, providing a greater range of movement and more support or challenge, depending on your needs. It’s brilliant for refining technique, strengthening and lengthening muscles, and creating a powerful, balanced body.
