DESCRIPTION:If you’ve had a baby and aren’t quite sure where to start with your recovery… this session is for you. \nAfter having a baby\, it’s often suggested that when you feel ready\, you can return to exercise –  but postnatal recovery is about so much more than that.Many women are left wondering what “ready” actually means\, and how to begin in a way that truly supports their recovery. Your body has been through a huge physical change\, and how you rebuild strength now really matters for your long-term health. \nThis focused\, supportive workshop will help you understand your body and give you the tools to move forward with confidence. \nDuring this session\, you will: \n\nCheck for abdominal separation (diastasis recti).\nLearn how to correctly activate your deep core and pelvic floor.\nBe guided through safe\, effective exercises to begin rebuilding strength.\nGain clarity on common postnatal concerns such as core weakness\, back discomfort and pelvic floor symptoms.\nUnderstand what to avoid — and what will truly support your recovery.\n\nThis is a small\, supportive and informative session\, giving you space to ask questions and feel fully supported with the benefit of being able to bring your baby with you. \nYou’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body\, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you. \nSuitable for: \n\nNew mums and those further along in their postnatal journey\nAnyone unsure about their core strength or recovery\nThose wanting to return to exercise safely and effectively\nThose wanting to do something for themselves and bring their baby.\n\nThis is a small\, supportive session where you can ask questions and feel completely at ease. \n
