PILATES RING WORKOUT (4 October Tuesday 12.00-1.00pm)

I have designed this class to give you a full body workout and for you to enjoy some wonderful stretches too! This class will incorporateÂ the wonderful Pilates technique and Pilates principles, but with the added benefit of the Pilates Ring.
The Pilates Ring is fantastic to help to help add intensity and wake up your muscles. The Pilates Ring’s resistance speeds up toning by targeting specific muscles. It is especially useful for problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, triceps, the chest, core, abs and even the pelvic muscles.Â You will leave this class feeling worked out, toned, strengthened, stretched and with an increased sense of wellbeing. I will provide levels so there is something for everyone.
