DYNAMIC YOGA & PILATES FUSION (Intermediate & Advanced) (Monday 6 February 1.00-2.00pm)

This is a fun, energetic and dynamic class! It is the perfect fusion of Pilates & yoga – combining the best combination of strength and flexibility, to create a balanced strong and flexible body. This class will get your heart rate and energy up with some yoga flow, build strength in your core and abdominal muscles with my most effective and efficient Pilates moves, strengthen and stretch your whole body to enable you to progress and improve your yoga & Pilates practice. You will leave this class feeling energised and with an increased sense of wellbeing!

I agree that I will follow all instructions given by the teacher, including abstaining if I am told an exercise is not suitable for me. I also agree not to record the lesson in any form.
