Having core strength is fundamental to the health of your body. Core strength is not just for those involved in sports or wanting a flat tummy! Having a strong core offers so many benefits for EVERYBODYâ€¦ athletes, desk workers, people who work on their feet, children, parents, manual workers and older adults. Here are are some of the key benefits to having a strong core:

- Helps you maintain good posture
- Stabilises your lower back and pelvis (great for golf fyi)
- Helps with upper body and lower body co-ordination
- Helps with balance
- Supports your internal organs
- Prevents lower back pain
- Supports better exercise form

- Helps to reduce pain and prevent injury
- Helps improve running form
I am so passionate about helping people improve their core strength that I am offering this class for free.
Equipment used | 1 mat (essential), 1 block, 1 strap, 1 soft ball (if you have them).

I agree that I will follow all instructions given by the teacher, including abstaining if I am told an exercise is not suitable for me. I also agree not to record the lesson in any form.
