CHILLOUT YOGA (Sunday 14th January 7.30-8.45pm)

Take some time for YOU! Please join me for an evening of deep stretching and chilled yoga to help your body and mind relax and feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Yoga does amazing things for your body and mind! We will take our bodies through some wonderful stretches to help ease tension, increase our flexibility, mobility and enhance our wellbeing.
This class will help you to de-stress, unwind, sleep better and hopefully feel amazing. It’s a perfect antidote for our hectic modern day lives.

Zoom £10 (Please note this class is free on Zoom to Nurture Members (Basic & Premium)
Equipment used | Mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap, a blanket (eye pillow optional for relaxation). Please wear comfortable clothing.
